Kritzberg Consulting provides Salt Lake City non-profits with executive level accounting and finance services at a fraction of the cost of hiring a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) or Controller.  Tricia Kritzberg, CPA, founded Kritzberg Consulting to assist you with the unique needs of your non-profit organization.  We serve non-profits exclusively, which helps us keep our focus on the challenges facing this unique industry.

Non-profits have unique needs that most accountants/CPAs who work primarily with for-profit companies do not understand fully.  These include fund accounting needs, compliance to maintain tax-exempt status, permits to solicit donations in Utah and other states, and unique reporting requirements for donors, grantors, regulators, board members and the public.

About Us

Kritzberg Consulting works exclusively with non-profits. We provides non-profits in Salt Lake City with the knowledge of an experienced Controller/CFO at a fraction of the price of hiring a full time accountant. We understand that accounting is not the passion of most entrepreneurs, nor should it be. We can help you set up your accounting systems, train you to enter essential information into it and then assist with monthly financial statements and their interpretation. Additionally, because we have over 20 years of audit and top level finance experience in non-profits, we can help with higher level financial analysis such as cash flow forecasting, strategic planning, financing, risk assessment, insurance, banking, dashboards, internal controls and manage your audits.

For non-profits, QuickBooks is the accounting system we recommend, but we can help with other products as well. We have Certified QuickBook ProAdvisors available to help you with setup, training, maintaining and reporting needs.
